Cathy Manchester is a leading name in the Gray/New Gloucester community. Known around this area since she moved to Gray in the 8th grade, she has been an integral member of this area ever since.
Cathy enjoyed a 15 year career in law enforcement, including being the first female police chief in the state of Maine and first female to attend the FBI academy.
After a successful career in law enforcement, she launched her real estate career and has enjoyed helping people buy and sell homes as well as invest ever since!

In addition, I enjoy taking 150+ year old barn frames, dismantling them and re-erecting them on a new foundation. When not helping my clients, I enjoy sailing my 35 foot sailboat around the Maine coast, being a Maine water color artist in which I paint both land and sea scapes, hiking the Maine trails and cooking, canning, sewing and working in my flower garden.
